How long do I have to return an Item?
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
What condition does my item need to be in to return it?
Items must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. We’re unable to accept returns on items that don’t meet these conditions.
How do I start a return?
Simply email us at support@leanathelabel.com and we’ll take care of everything from there. Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first, as we won’t be able to accept it.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow a little extra time for your bank to process it.

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed.

While most orders arrive well within these windows, we always recommend allowing up to 5–8 working days, as delivery can occasionally be affected by customs or carrier delays.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched you’ll receive confirmation with your tracking details.
