We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

The item is defective
It arrived damaged
You received the wrong item

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
Custom products (e.g., personalised items or special orders)
Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)

 

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new separate order for the desired item.

 

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to provide a justification.

To qualify:

The item must be in the same condition you received it (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging).
Proof of purchase is required.

 

United Kingdom — Consumer Rights Act 2015

If you are based in the United Kingdom, you are protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

You have the right to a 14-day cooling-off period for online orders, starting from the day you receive your item, during which you may cancel and return your order for any reason.
You have a further 14 days from the date of cancellation to return the goods.
Items must be in their original condition. We reserve the right to deduct an amount for any diminished value if the goods have been handled more than necessary.
In the event of a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described item, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement in accordance with your statutory rights.

United States — Consumer Rights

For customers in the United States, the following applies:

Our standard 30-day return window applies from the date of delivery.
In the event you receive a defective or damaged item, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
Certain states may provide additional consumer protections. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable state law.
Chargebacks: We encourage customers to contact us directly at support@leanathelabel.com before initiating a chargeback, so we can resolve the issue promptly.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the refund approval.

If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
